- ½ white cabbages
- ½ red cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ lemons
- 200g plain yoghurt
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots using a mandoline or grater to create the base of the slaw.
Step 2
Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and harissa yoghurt.
Step 3
Once combined, add the sliced cabbage, carrots and sunflower seeds, and mix well.
Step 4
Leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
