- 1 large cauliflower
- drizzle of olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower vertically into small florets, discarding the stalk.
Step 3
Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, sesame oil and tamari.
Step 4
Add the crushed garlic, salt and sunflower seeds.
Step 5
Give it a good mix so that each slice is covered.
Step 6
Roast in the oven for 35 minutes, taking out halfway to give it a good stir and make sure that all sides get roasted.
