- 5 oz jumbo oats
- 5.3 oz almonds
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon almond butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C, fan setting.
Step 2
Place the almonds into a food processor and blend until they break down but are still a little chunky. Put to one side until needed.
Step 3
Make the filling by placing all the ingredients into a pan over a medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the apples begin to soften.
Step 4
While the base cooks, make the topping by mixing all the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
Step 5
Once the fruit is cooked, make the crumble. Spoon the fruit into the bottom of a baking tray and spoon the crumble topping on top.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top turns golden.
