- 720g canned chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons of rose harissa paste
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 4 garlic
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- pinch of fine sea salt
- ½ teaspoon dried red chilli flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Drain the chickpeas and reserve 200ml of the liquid. Place all the ingredients and the reserved chickpea water into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth, about 5 minutes. Season with the salt. You may need to add another splash of water if it’s too thick.
