- 7 oz jumbo oats
- 2 apples
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 handfuls of mixed seeds
- 1.75 pints plant-based milk
- pinch of flaky sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan / 350°F. In an ovenproof dish (about 25 x 20cm / 10 x 8″), stir together the oats, apple, cinnamon, seeds and a good pinch of salt. Pour in the milk and mix everything together.
Step 2
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling. Remove from the oven and stir gently to break up the top layer of oats. Don’t worry if it looks quite loose, it will thicken as it cools.
Step 3
Divide between bowls and serve straightaway, topped with the nuts, apple, maple syrup and a dollop of yoghurt (if using).
