- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 240g x canned black beans
- 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
- pinch of sea salt & black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Drizzle the oil into a frying pan over medium heat and add the black beans and paprika; fry for 5 minutes until slightly softened. Season to taste.
Step 2
Lay the lettuce leaves on a platter or plate and top with the onion, tomatoes, avocado, coriander, black beans, lime juice and crackers. Sprinkle with sliced red chilli.
Step 3
Lastly, blitz all of the dressing ingredients together in a blender and season to taste. Spoon the dressing over the salad to serve.
