- 5 oz frozen edamame beans
- 1x 280g (10oz) jar of marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 x 14 oz tin butter beans
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ lemons
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of sea salt & black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Blanch the edamame beans in boiling water for 5-10 minutes until soft and cooked through, before draining and placing in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Pulse until smooth, then check the seasoning before transferring to a serving bowl.
