- 1.75 pints water
- 1 navel orange
- 1 lemon
- chunk of ginger
- 10 fennel seeds
- dash of maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat and leave to steep, still covered, for 1 hour.
Step 2
Strain out the pieces and reheat before serving. Sweeten with a little maple syrup, if desired.
