- 1 red onion
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 sheets nori
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful of dill
- 3.5 fl oz plant-based yoghurt
- splash plant-based milk

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and mash with the back of a fork until the chickpeas have broken down to a breadcrumb-like texture.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix, ensuring that everything is well combined. Add a splash of milk to loosen if the yoghurt is very thick. Season to taste and serve.
