- 3.5 oz gram flour
- 4.4 fl oz almond milk
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ lemons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients - apart from the olive oil - into a bowl and whisk well until a smooth batter forms.
Step 2
Heat some olive oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Step 3
Once warm, pour in the pancake mixture and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Once the mixture has browned on the bottom, flip it over and cook on the other side for 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
