- ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 8.5 fl oz brown rice milk

Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Stir well to make sure the maple syrup has mixed in.
Step 3
Using a sieve strain the liquid into your mug and whisk using an electric handheld whisk.
Step 4
Whisk for about a minute until it becomes really frothy.
Step 5
Sprinkle with a dash more cinnamon and enjoy!
