- 240g canned chickpeas
- 250g pre-cooked beetroot
- ½ lemons
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- pinch of sea salt & black pepper

Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or large NutriBullet and blend until smooth and creamy; stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed (it may take several minutes for all of the beetroot to break down). Adjust seasoning to taste.
