Ingredients

- Large handful of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of dried apple pieces
- 4.8 oz porridge oats
- 70g jumbo oats
- 1 heaped tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut blossom nectar
- 5 tablespoons of brown rice syrup
- pinch of ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C (350F), fan setting. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the raisins, apple pieces, oats and cinnamon.
Step 3
Place the coconut oil, sunflower oil, coconut blossom nectar and brown rice syrup in a small pan over a medium heat and cook until melted and slightly bubbling, but don’t bring to the boil.
Step 4
Pour the melted mix over the oats and mix well to combine. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and press down very well, making sure it is all evenly spread.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before cutting into equal bars.
