- 1.4 oz porridge oats
- 6.8 fl oz brown rice milk
- 1 red apples

Preparation
Step 1
Place the blueberries in a saucepan with a splash of water. Place over a medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until darkened, reduced and juicy.
Step 2
Place the oats, milk and apple into a separate saucepan over medium-high heat and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often, until smooth, creamy and piping hot.
Step 3
Serve the porridge topped with the blueberry compote and a drizzle of nut butter, if desired.
