- 16 pitted Medjool dates
- 7 oz roasted almonds
- 3.5 oz pumpkin seeds
- 10.6 oz porridge oats
- 7 oz jumbo oats
- 6 tablespoons of brown rice syrup
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place the dates into a food processor, along with 2/3 of the oats, oil, pumpkin seeds, cacao, brown rice syrup and salt.
Step 2
Blend until completely combined.
Step 3
Once combined, add the last of the oats and the roasted almonds.
Step 4
Give everything another very quick whizz to mix through.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture into a line baking tray and smooth over using a spoon.
Step 6
Place in the fridge to set for at least an hour before cutting into equal bars.
