- 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 1 1/4-inch New York strip steaks (2 pounds), cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 red onion, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
