- For the crust:
- 2 cups finely crushed chocolate Teddy Grahams
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- For the pie:
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup dutch cocoa powder
- Sprinkles for topping if desired

Preparation
Step 1
To make the crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Teddy Grahams, butter, sugar, and salt together. Pulse in food processor until very crumbly.
Step 2
Scrape into 9 inch pie pan and use a spoon or fingers to press into the pan. Make sure it is even, then bake in oven for 10 minutes. Take out of oven and place and wire rack to cool.
Step 3
To make the filling: Place heavy whipping cream and granulated sugar in large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until heavy and thick.
Step 4
Take 1 cup of the whipped cream and place in refrigerator this will be used as a topping later.
Step 5
In a separate large bowl, combine the cocoa powder, whipped cream cheese, and powdered sugar until creamy. Slowly fold in whipped cream until well combined. Pour chocolate filling in pie pan.
Step 6
Next, take out your whip cream from the refrigerator. Carefully spread the whip cream evenly over the top of the chocolate mousse filling. Top with sprinkles and extra teddy grahams if desired.
Step 7
Place pie in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving. Serves 9.
