- 3 Hass avocados
- ½ lime (juiced)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1/3 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 Chipotle Pepper from a Chipotle in Adobo can (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Adobo sauce
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Hass avocados
- ½ lime (juiced)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1/3 cup chives (finely chopped)
- 1 cup mango (medium/small dice)
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
For the Chipotle Guacamole
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mash with a fork until half smooth and half chunky. Taste and add more chipotle if desired. Adjust salt and pepper as needed.

For the Mango Guacamole
Step 4
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except the mango, and mash with a fork until half smooth and half chunky. Taste and fold in the mango and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

For the Traditional Guacamole
Step 6
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mash with a fork until half smooth and half chunky. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
