- ½ cup minced parsley
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- Coarsely grated zest of 2 lemons (plus the juice of 1 lemon)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 pound pasta

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine the parsley, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Step 2
Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the gremolata with the pasta until well coated. Serve immediately.
