- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 roasted red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 tsp McCormick Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp McCormick Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp McCormick Ground cumin
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes - just until fragrant. Set aside.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
