- 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 16 oz bag mini marshmallows, plus 2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 cups crispy rice cereal

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9×13-inch pan (or 9×9-inch pan for thicker treats) and set aside.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, blend the freeze-dried strawberries to form a powder. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add 16 oz of marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the strawberry powder and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Step 5
Stir in the cereal and remaining 2 cups of marshmallows. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press gently with spatula to flatten.
Step 6
Cool in pan for about 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
