- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows plus 2 cups, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 8 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 cups chopped Oreo cookies
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for topping
- 1/4 teaspoon oil
- 1/3 cup chopped Oreo cookies for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray for super thick treats or a 9×13-inch pan for regular thickness. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the 16 oz bag of marshmallows and stir until melted.
Step 3
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Add the Rice Krispies and chopped Oreo cookies; gently stir until well coated. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and lightly press into the pan with a greased spatula or hands.
Step 5
For the topping, melt white chocolate chips and oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 6
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the Rice Krispie Treats and top with chopped Oreo cookies.
Step 7
Let the treats sit until the chocolate sets, about 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.

Store treats in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 days.
