  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The pumpkin flavor isn’t too strong, but it adds a nice note to the cake. The cinnamon streusel provides a delightful texture and flavor contrast.
