- 2 naan flatbreads*
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 6 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and thinly sliced
- 2 peaches, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
- 3/4 cup blackberries
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- 1 cup arugula
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
- Honey or hot honey, for drizzling
- 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios, for sprinkling, optional

Chef’s notes
You can also use one large flatbread.
You can make pizza with the same toppings!
Instead of drizzling with olive oil and adding fresh garlic, spread pesto on top of the flatbread.
Use fresh mozzarella cheese instead of brie.
You can leave off the blackberries or use blueberries instead.
Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Omit the nuts or use chopped pecans or almonds instead of the pistachios.
Add prosciutto for a salty, savory kick!
