  • 6 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and thinly sliced
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup blackberries
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
  • Honey or hot honey, for drizzling
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios, for sprinkling, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.

Step 3

Top evenly with brie, sliced peaches, red onion, and blackberries.

Step 4

Place in the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is light golden brown.

Step 5

Remove from the oven and top with basil and arugula.

Step 6

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and drizzle with hot honey. Sprinkle with pistachios, if desired.

Cut the flatbread into pieces and serve immediately.
