- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee pieces
- Flaked sea salt, for sprinkling on blondies

Blondies don’t need chocolate and toffee, but adding them is highly recommended.
