  • 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee pieces
  • Flaked sea salt, for sprinkling on blondies

Blondies don’t need chocolate and toffee, but adding them is highly recommended.
Use semi-sweet chocolate chips or your favorite type.
