  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa or unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, optional
