  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/3 cups panko
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • Optional sauces: ketchup, BBQ sauce, honey mustard, ranch, fry sauce

Store leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat them in the oven or air fryer so they can get crispy again. You can reheat them in the microwave, but they might be a little soggy.
You can freeze chicken tenders BEFORE you bake them. Chicken tenders are a great freezer-friendly meal!
