- 1 cup cold buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped apples (Honeycrisp preferred)

One of the most underrated flavor combinations, in my opinion, apple and cheddar. We just don’t see enough of it!
You can easily double this recipe if you need more biscuits. They don’t last long because they are SO good!
