  • 1 large lemon (quartered lengthwise)
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon pepper
  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • ½ cup white wine (*see notes for Whole30 friendly version)
  • 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves (loosely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves (finely chopped)
