- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bunch broccolini
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the Gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic to create the glaze.

Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Brush each salmon fillet generously with the Gochujang glaze.
Step 5
Arrange the broccolini around the salmon on the sheet pan.
Step 6
Drizzle the broccolini with a little sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccolini is tender.

Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
