  • 9.5 oz soba noodles package
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 fresno chili, thinly sliced (a small jalapeno is ok too)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz snow peas
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 4oz fresh bigeye or ahi tuna filets
  • 4 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced, for serving
  • 1/2 watermelon radish, sliced thin, for serving
  • 1 lime, sliced into wedges, for serving
