Ingredients

  • 1 [8-oz box] Grain free fusilli pasta (I used Jovial brand Grain Free Cassava Fusilli )
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3/4 cup diced italian salami
  • 2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 3/4 cup Whole30 Creamy Italian Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add the red onion, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, black olives, salami, monkfruit sweetener and creamy Italian dressing. Add the cooked pasta. Toss until very well combined.

Step 3

Chill the pasta salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can also make this one day ahead and store in the fridge.
