- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tsp arrowroot flour
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1 inch cubes)
