Step 2 Place cauliflower, garlic cloves and 1 cup broth in a large pot over medium-high heat. Bring broth to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and let the cauliflower steam until fall apart fork tender, about 15 minutes. Step 3 Remove from heat and blend in either a food processor, a blender, or using an immersion blender. Add ghee and continue to blend. Now, add additional broth until the cauliflower reaches the consistency you like (this depends on your taste and on the size of the cauliflower).
