- 1 lb. peeled, deveined and tail-off Shrimp
- 1-2 tbsp. cooking oil (I used avocado oil)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup homemade or primal kitchens mayo
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. mina harissa
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions (green part only)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (or cilantro microgreens)
- 6-8 butter lettuce leaves
