  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup homemade or primal kitchens mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. mina harissa
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions (green part only)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (or cilantro microgreens)
  • 6-8 butter lettuce leaves
