Ingredients
- approx. 1 lb. sushi-grade tuna steaks (I buy mine from Central Market or Whole Foods in the Freezer Section!)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. organic tamari
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- zest of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp. sriracha (or less, to taste)
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
