  • 3 ounces garlic herb spreadable cheese (half of a package of Alouette)
  • a few jarred or canned artichokes
  • a handful of fresh baby spinach
  • a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • some jarred sun-dried tomatoes, sun-dried tomato pesto, or similar

You can use garlic herb goat cheese or cream cheese as an alternative to Alouette.
Canned or frozen artichokes can be used. If canned, drain the liquid and separate the leaves.
