  • 1/2 cup salted butter (coconut oil is a good alternative)
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 4 ounces bittersweet dark chocolate
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts, coconut, or seeds (1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup coconut)
  • 1 cup dried fruit (figs)
  • coarse sea salt to taste
