3 bananas, cut into rounds
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk blend
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
salt to taste

Step 1

Whisk the cocoa powder with the coconut oil.

Step 2

Blend the bananas, almond milk, cocoa mixture, and a pinch of salt until very smooth.

Stir in the peanut butter cups and transfer to a 9×5 loaf pan.

Cover and freeze until solid.

Step 5

Just before serving, microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften. Scoop out and serve!
