Preparation
Step 1
In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a chopping blade, combine all of the feta dip ingredients. Blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth, scraping down the bowl halfway.
Step 2
Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and swirl the top with a spoon to create grooves. Drizzle all over with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle on crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon zest and freshly cracked black pepper.
Step 3
Serve right away with Pita Chips or vegetables for dipping, or cover and refrigerate.

Chef's notes
Make-Ahead Tip:
You can make this dip up to 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. It is best to add the toppings just before serving since the olive oil topping can harden in the refrigerator.
Pro Tip:
Use cold feta, cream cheese, and sour cream to create a thicker dip. If a thicker dip is preferred, you can cover and refrigerate for the ingredients to thicken up a bit, just be sure to wait before topping with olive oil since the oil can solidify in the fridge.
