- 3 cups about 1 lb Fresh (or frozen) Northwest cherries
- 1 cup lemon juice, from about 6 medium lemons
- 1 cup sugar, you can use 3/4 cup if you like
- 6-8 cups club soda, to taste
- Lemon slices and Ice to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse, drain, and pit your cherries.
Step 2
In a blender, combine 3 cups pitted cherries, 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 cup sugar. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Fill a glass halfway with ice. Pour 2-3 Tbsp of your cherry syrup over your ice and add club soda to taste (1/4 cup syrup to 3/4 cup club soda).
Step 4
Top with a fresh cherry and serve.
