If doubling the recipe, cook the corn in two batches to ensure they cook through properly.
Older corn may take longer to cook. Test at 5 minutes and add more time as needed. If it’s not ready at 5 minutes, you can turn off the heat, cover with the lid, and let it rest for 3-5 minutes to finish cooking through.
