Preparation
Chef’s notes
You’ll want to cook right away after the shrimp is combined with the cilantro lime marinade. Do not marinate for longer than 10 minutes or the shrimp will turn rubbery from the lime juice.
If you don’t prefer cilantro, try substituting it with chives or green onions. The flavor will be different, but still delicious! In a pinch, you can also substitute lime with lemon juice.
