- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 ½ cups filtered water
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp lime juice, plus more to taste
- ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped (½ cup loosely packed)
