  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ½ cups filtered water
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice, plus more to taste
  • ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped (½ cup loosely packed)
