- 1 lb boneless pork chops, or 3 pieces, 1/2-inch thick
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the seasoning: salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Coat the pork chops with oil on both sides and then season the pork chop with the seasoning mix.
Step 4
Air fry at 380°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops reach 145°F. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking.

Be careful not to overcook the pork chops, or they’ll become chewy and dry. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F in the thickest portion of the pork chops.
Substitute bone-in pork chops by adding 2-3 minutes of cook time. Add an extra minute if the chops are thicker.
Using parchment paper in the air fryer can make cleanup easier, protect the air fryer basket from wear and scratches, and protect delicate foods from breaking.
