- 3 cucumbers
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cup Spicy Turmeric Tahini Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Wash cucumbers thoroughly.
Step 2
Using a spiralizer, spiralize your cucumbers into noodles.
Step 3
Give your cucumber noodles a slight squeeze to release excess water content. Place into a large bowl.
Step 4
Dice your bell pepper. Toss with cucumber noodles.
Step 5
Dress noodles and bell pepper with Spicy Turmeric Tahini Sauce (recipe to be found below). Toss until coated.
