- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, add the chopped kale and drizzle with olive oil. Massage the kale with your hands for about 3 minutes until the leaves are tender.

Add the chickpeas to the kale and toss to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Pour the tahini dressing over the kale and chickpeas, and toss until well coated.
