Ingredients
2 servings
- 1 cup water
- 1 bag rooibos tea (or 1 teaspoon loose leaf tea)
- 1 tablespoon edible rose petals (or rosebuds, plus more to optionally garnish)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (or vanilla bean powder)
- ½ cup oat milk or other milk of choice
- ice (for serving)

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water.
Step 2
Add the water to a saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Add tea and rose petals.
Step 4
Add the tea bag (or loose leaf) and rose petals. Cover the pan and let rest for 5 minutes.

Strain.
Step 6
Remove the tea bag and strain the rose petals. Whisk in the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Let the tea cool for 5 minutes.

Add milk.
Step 8
Add the milk to the tea, then whisk to combine.

Pour and enjoy!

Place ice into glasses, then pour the latte over the ice. Optionally, garnish with rose petals before serving. Enjoy!
