- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, lemon juice, lavender flowers, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
