- 1 cup cashew butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup Earth Echo Golden Superfood Bliss
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup chocolate chips of choice (I like to use vegan dark chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, but creates a nice shell on the bites)
- flaked or coarse sea salt (optional, for sprinkling)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cashew butter, maple syrup, Golden Superfood Bliss, and salt. Mix well.
Step 2
Add the almond flour, then gently fold it in until it's fully incorporated.
Step 3
Place the bowl in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
Step 4
In a double boiler over medium heat, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Remove the mixing bowl from the freezer, then taking rounded tablespoons of the mixture, roll it into 12 balls.
Step 6
Drizzle the golden milk bites with melted chocolate and then optionally sprinkle with salt.
Step 7
Enjoy right away or keep them stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 10 days.
